What we collect
Only what a delivery actually requires:
- Your name, email, phone number and delivery address
- Your order history and any notes you send with an order
- Your email address if you subscribe to the drop list
- Basic, anonymous analytics about which pages get visited
What we do with it
We use it to pack and deliver your order, to answer your messages, and — only if you opted in — to email you when a new collection goes live. That is the entire list.
Your address and phone number are shared with the courier carrying your parcel, because they cannot deliver it otherwise. We do not share your details with anybody else.
Payments
We never see or store card numbers. Cash-on-delivery is settled with the courier, and wallet or bank transfers happen directly between your account and ours.
Your rights
You can ask us for a copy of everything we hold about you, correct it, or have your profile deleted. Email us from the address on your account and we action it within 48 hours. We keep order records for accounting even after a profile is removed.
Cookies
We use a session cookie to keep you signed in and browser storage to remember your bag between visits. No advertising trackers.
