Orders
An order is an offer to buy. It becomes a contract when we confirm it, which is also when stock is committed to you. If something sells out between your order and our confirmation, we will tell you within a working day and refund or substitute at your choice.
Pricing
All prices are in Pakistani Rupees and include any applicable tax. We reserve the right to correct an obviously wrong price — if that happens on your order we will contact you before charging anything.
Product descriptions
Photographs are taken in natural light with no colour grading, but screens vary and hand-finished pieces differ slightly from one another. Small variations in stone colour, pearl shape and antique finish are a feature of hand work, not a defect.
Cancellations
You can cancel free of charge any time before the parcel is handed to the courier — just message us. Once it has shipped, the returns policy applies instead.
Liability
Our liability for any order is limited to the value of that order. Nothing here limits your statutory rights under Pakistani consumer law.
